Every House of Calia™ order is carefully curated, wrapped with intention, and dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging — discreet on the outside, considered on the inside. Because the experience begins the moment it arrives at your door.

Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times We always aim to dispatch your order promptly. Please note that delivery timescales can occasionally be affected by weather conditions and seasonal demand, so we ask for your patience and understanding.

  • UK & Standard: Typically 5–7 working days. During periods of adverse weather or high demand, please allow up to 12 working days.
  • Europe: Typically 7–14 working days.
  • International: 10–21 working days depending on destination.

We will always keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard delivery on orders over a qualifying amount. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

EU Consumer Rights For customers in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
